The Land Team is beginning to collect tools, farm implements, and work vehicles we'd like to acquire to develop our property. If you'd like to donate some of these items to the Abbey, help us purchase them, or know where we could acquire them, please notify Daniel at daniel@churchofthelamb.org.

  1. Brush clearing tools (loppers, pole saw, chainsaw, wood chipper)

  2. Gardening implements (garden sheers, trowels, lattices)

  3. Tractor with a bush hog and bucket.

  4. Used backhoe.

Daniel Zimmerman

Daniel and his wife Kara moved from Tennessee to Virginia in 2013 for him to pursue a graduate degree in English literature. He just finished his Ph.D. in English at the University of Virginia, where he wrote on images of the Eucharist in medieval and early modern drama. Between his degrees, he taught middle and high school English for four years. Now, Daniel directs the Abbey for Church of the Lamb. Daniel and Kara have four children — Abel, Lucy, Isaac, and Ivy.
